In 1995, a major armed robbery occurred in Guangdong. A bank cash truck was robbed by five armed robbers, causing a loss of 15 million dollars and the deaths of three bank escorts. The incident shocked the entire country, and the police created a task force led by Wang Shouyue (Lam Ka Tung) and He Lan (Zhang Songwen). Although the five robbers were found, the true mastermind, Chen Xinwen (Da Peng), and his cousin Chen Xinnian (Sun Yang) remained hidden. Twenty-one years later, a video rekindles the hope of solving the case. Wang Shouyue begins searching for the “stranger” in the video, leading to a final showdown between good and evil.
