INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL
OF PHOTOGRAPHY

The first edition of the Festival della Fotografia will be held from November 1st to December 1st, 2025, in conjunction with the Salento International Film Festival. The event will include a photography exhibition, offering a platform for exchange and comparison between photographers, experts and enthusiasts of the sector.

We believe that photography is much more than a simple image: it is a universal language capable of breaking down boundaries, inspiring change and touching the soul. Our dream is to create a world in which every photographer can tell their vision, be recognized and leave an indelible mark. The Announcement

We are pleased to announce the first edition of the Photography Festival, dedicated to the theme “PostConflict“. An invitation to war photographers and journalists sent to conflict theaters to document the wounds, resilience and reconstruction of the affected communities.

Why PostConflict?
War does not end with a truce. What remains are rubble, trauma, invisible scars and the difficult search for a new normality. Through photography, we want to shine a spotlight on stories of survival, justice, reconciliation and hope in territories marked by war.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Opening of the competition
    The competition is open to professional and amateur photographers of all ages. By entering, participants automatically accept the rules.

    3 Diritti d’autore
    Ogni fotografo mantiene il copyright delle proprie immagini.
    Le foto vincitrici potranno essere esposte in mostre itineranti e pubblicate con il dovuto credito.
    Le immagini inviate potranno essere utilizzate per la promozione del Festival (mostre, cataloghi, calendari, siti web), sempre con attribuzione all’autore.
    4 Selezione e Giuria
    Tutte le immagini saranno valutate dalla giuria internazionale.Le decisioni della giuria sono definitive e insindacabili.I nomi dei vincitori saranno pubblicati online
    5. Eligibility criteria
    The participant guarantees that he/she is the author of the photo and that he/she owns the copyright.
    The photo must not violate the rights of third parties (privacy, copyright, registered trademarks).
    If the image portrays people, the photographer must have their consent.
    The Festival may disqualify images that do not comply with these requirements.
    6. Editing and Post-Production
    Brightness, contrast and color adjustments are permitted, as well as minor retouching. Photomontages or modifications that significantly alter reality are not permitted.
    Finalists must provide the original RAW files for verification.
    7. Esclusione delle immagini AI
    AI Image Exclusion
    Photos generated by artificial intelligence are not accepted. Only images taken and manually post-produced are eligible to participate.
    8. Responsibility
    The Festival and its partners are not responsible for improper use of images by third parties.
    In case of omission of author credits, the Festival undertakes to correct it promptly upon notification.

By participating, the photographer accepts all the terms above.
